FLEXIBLE HOSE ASSEMBLY

At our facility in Conegliano (Treviso), Italy, Tecnofluid assembles and crimps a wide range of flexible hoses for high-pressure hydraulic oil, pressure washers, steam, solvents and low-pressure compressed air applications. Hoses can be manufactured to order or assembled while customers wait at our trade counter.

We operate four hose crimping machines:

• a latest-generation quick-change crimping machine, enabling us to assemble most types of flexible hoses quickly and efficiently;

• two heavy-duty crimping machines for large-diameter hoses;

• a compact and portable crimping machine equipped with heavy-duty oil-resistant wheels. This unit can be transported in our mobile workshop, allowing us to crimp hoses up to 1" in diameter directly on site, at construction sites or at our customers' facilities when required.

This range of equipment, combined with our extensive stock of hoses and fittings, enables us to supply a wide variety of hose assemblies while minimizing waiting times for customers requiring hoses to be manufactured on demand.

To ensure full product traceability, we also use a hose marking system to permanently mark the crimping date on every hose assembly manufactured at our facility.

• CAST Compact R16 flexible hoses, from 3/16" to 2";

• CAST R2T flexible hoses, from 3/16" to 2";

• ZEC TETRAFLEX flexible hoses, from 3/16" to 2";

• ZEC R7 thermoplastic hoses, from 3/16" to 3/4";

• 4SH high-pressure hoses, from 1/2" to 2";

• MANNESMANN rigid hydraulic tubing, from 6 mm to 42 mm, with RASTELLI compression fittings;

• RASTELLI fittings, from 1/4" to 2", available in a wide range of configurations;

• ZEC fittings, from 1/4" to 2", available in a wide range of configurations.

For marine and offshore applications, we can also supply hoses with stainless steel braided protective covers, available with Lloyd's Register certification.
