The New BSCL Ball Rail System Expands the Portfolio with a High-Quality, Competitively Priced Solution for Standard Applications
Fast end machining after cutting to length thanks to easy deburring
Digital selection and ordering, with worldwide delivery from stock
Flexible combination of rails and runner blocks, which can be replaced individually
With the BSCL (Ball Rail System Compact Line), Tecnofluid and Bosch Rexroth have expanded their portfolio with a versatile, high-quality linear guide system offering excellent value for money. This new product family, designed for applications with lower performance requirements, complements the high-precision BSHP range. These cost-effective linear guides are particularly suitable for assembly and handling applications, as well as woodworking systems and machine tools.
With six sizes (from 15 to 45), six runner block designs, three preload classes and three accuracy classes (N, H and P), the new BSCL range covers a wide variety of applications. Load capacities reach up to 79,200 N, while the maximum speed is 5 m/s.
With the new BSCL ball rail system, we aim to bridge the gap between high-precision ball rail systems and simpler linear motion solutions, such as linear bushings or eccentric roller guides. This makes it possible to build machines and systems while maintaining Rexroth’s high quality standards, while providing the appropriate level of performance and precision at the best possible price-performance ratio.
Fast Delivery and Easy Installation
Like all Bosch Rexroth linear guides, the BSCL ball rail system can be ordered quickly and easily. Tecnofluid ensures fast delivery and maximum availability.
The profiled rail systems in the new range are available in lengths of up to four metres in a single piece or can be easily cut and supplied to the required length thanks to our flexible cutting line. This allows us to provide our customers with rails in the desired length, perfectly chamfered and with a custom logo laser-engraved on the rail.
Long Service Life and Reduced Maintenance Costs
The runner block sealing system prevents chips and other contaminants from entering, ensuring a long operating life. The runner blocks are supplied with initial lubrication and can be relubricated from either end. The design, featuring eight lubrication points, provides greater flexibility for the user. Accessories such as front seals, scrapers and front lubrication units are also available.
