TECNOFLUID LEAN FACTORY

Tecnofluid Lean Factory was originally established as a division dedicated to the processing of structural aluminium profiles for mechanical constructions and automation systems. Over time, the division evolved through the transfer of know-how from Bosch Rexroth and the extensive hands-on experience gained through real industrial projects.

Today, we are an official Bosch Rexroth distributor and design and manufacture customized solutions for the implementation of Lean Production, supporting leading companies in manufacturing and logistics.

In particular, we provide:

Manual Assembly Lines – Designed according to your production layout for finished products and sub-assemblies. Our lines combine workstations, roller conveyors and material-handling trolleys to optimize material flow throughout the production process and minimize waste. Ergonomics is a key consideration in every element of the line.
Flow Racks & Gravity Racking Systems – Solutions for Kanban-based component management using FIFO replenishment principles. They can be floor-mounted for fixed supermarket areas or mobile for more flexible line-side material supply.
Customized Conveyor Systems & Pallet Transfer Systems – Designed to automate and optimize the flow of materials along assembly and production lines.
Electro-Hydraulic Platforms & Mini Lifts – Solutions designed to assist operators in lifting loads and adjusting working heights, improving workplace ergonomics and reducing physical strain.
Rexroth ActiveAssist – A modular and configurable digital assistance system that guides operators through picking and assembly processes by projecting images and light signals directly onto the work surface.
Industrial Tightening Systems – Industrial screwdrivers and tightening systems, automatic screw-feeding systems, balancers and ergonomic reaction arms designed to absorb the forces generated during tightening operations.
Pick-to-Light Systems – Customized digital assistance solutions for picking, putting and assembly operations, developed in cooperation with Kuki Pick To Light. LED indicators guide operators directly to the correct component, improving speed and reducing picking errors.
Collaborative AGVs – Automated Guided Vehicles for transporting materials and trolleys along repetitive routes within production facilities and warehouses.
Visual Management – Floor and vertical visual signage for production and working areas, designed to make essential information immediately clear and accessible, even to less experienced operators.
Shadow Boards – Customized solutions that provide a clearly defined location for tools and equipment within the operator's reach, supporting workplace organization and 5S principles.
KLT Containers – Standard-size containers for the efficient handling and storage of components, work-in-progress and finished products.

MODULAR ALUMINIUM PROFILE SYSTEMS

Using modular extruded aluminium profiles, we also design and manufacture:

Machine Frames & Industrial Structures – Lightweight frames for industrial machinery, automation systems and mechanical constructions. We can supply complete structures incorporating pneumatic components, anodized flanges and custom-machined plates. We can manufacture from your 3D assembly model or from dimensioned PDF drawings and cutting lists.

Custom Machine Safety Enclosures – Made to customer drawings and available with a wide range of panel materials, including polycarbonate, sheet metal, galvanized or powder-coated welded mesh, compact or expanded PVC, Dibond, HPL and sound-absorbing materials. We stock 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 mm polycarbonate sheets and can supply custom panels that are CNC-machined, thermoformed or bonded according to your drawings.

Perimeter Safety Fencing & Industrial Platforms – Modular perimeter guarding and platforms for industrial applications. We maintain a stock of 105 × 15 galvanized welded safety mesh for fast production and delivery.
