INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULICS

For this reason, we carefully select high-quality suppliers such as Bosch Rexroth and Siemens Electric, building strong and long-lasting partnerships.
We keep a wide range of hydraulic valves and pumps, cylinders, electric motors, manifolds and subplates, accumulators, filters, heat exchangers and hydraulic components in stock.
In addition, Tecnofluid has developed extensive in-house expertise in the design and manufacture of hydraulic power units, which we divide into two main product families:

Mini hydraulic power units, with reservoir capacities ranging from 1 to 25 litres, designed for simple, cost-effective and efficient hydraulic applications. For this product range, we rely on the Dana Brevini Fluid Power MC modular system, a high-quality and highly configurable solution suitable for a wide variety of industrial and agricultural applications. The system can be configured with pumps ranging from 0.25 to 9.8 cc/rev, reservoirs from 1 to 25 litres and electric motors from 0.12 to 4 kW. To ensure short lead times and just-in-time delivery, we keep a stock of modular components ready for assembly.

Industrial hydraulic power units, designed for applications requiring reservoir capacities starting from 30 litres, as well as pumps and motors with higher flow rates and power ratings. For this product range, we have developed our own series of reservoirs in standard sizes of 30, 55, 75, 100, 180, 225 and 300 litres, allowing us to respond quickly to our customers' requirements. When required, our engineering department can also design and manufacture custom reservoirs in non-standard dimensions and materials.
FROM DESIGN TO THE FINISHED HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT
The development of a hydraulic power unit or mini power unit begins by translating the customer's requirements into a hydraulic circuit diagram.
The circuit diagram defines the path followed by the hydraulic oil, which is moved by the pump from the reservoir through pipes, filters, valves and other hydraulic components to perform the required function — for example, extending or retracting the rod of a hydraulic cylinder.
Based on the hydraulic diagram, the operating requirements and the customer's commercial requirements, we select the most appropriate components. The project then moves on to the development of the 3D design.
Following the engineering specifications, our technicians assemble and test the hydraulic power unit. Once testing has been successfully completed, the unit is delivered with its technical documentation, hydraulic diagram and specifications.
ENGINEERING, ASSEMBLY & SERVICE
To provide a high-quality service and ensure short lead times for our manufacturing activities, Tecnofluid is equipped with:

an in-house engineering department capable of developing hydraulic applications in close cooperation with the customer, combining extensive technical experience with professional design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks;

a dedicated workshop for the assembly, testing, servicing and maintenance of hydraulic power units;

a dedicated area for the assembly and crimping of high-pressure flexible hydraulic hoses.
